Michelle Lee Herman, 61, Remembered After Two-Vehicle Crash on East Lake Boulevard in Birmingham
Michelle Lee Herman, 61, of Birmingham, Alabama, died following a two-vehicle collision early Sunday in the eastern part of the city.
The crash occurred at approximately 5:01 a.m. in the 4400 block of East Lake Boulevard, outside Birmingham Fire Station 28.
Herman remained trapped inside the wreckage, and authorities pronounced them dead at the scene at 5:38 a.m.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office publicly identified Herman on Monday, November 2, 2026.
